Economic Class Applications
All applications pertaining to economic class except those of federal skilled workers, shall be processed according to these given priorities:

Quebec Economic Applicants
Live-in Caregivers
All applications for federal skilled workers that are submitted on or after February 27, 2008 shall be processed immediately if they meet the following criteria:
Applications include an offer stating arranged employment; or
Applications that are submitted by foreign nationals who have been staying legally in Canada for atleast 1 year as a temporary foreign worker or as an international student or
Applications submitted by skilled workers stating their evidence of experience [note 1] under single or multiple ‘National Occupational Classification’ categories.
